Combine is a system that uses items in your inventory to create a new item. There are two types of combining: Fuse and Transmute.
Fuse is sacrificing items of the same grade to make a random item that is one grade higher. Enhance items may NOT be fused. The cost and number of items to fuse is as listed:
Poor fuse - Gold and requires 6 poor items.
Normal fuse - Gold and require 4 normal items.
Rare fuse - Gold and requires 6 normal items.
Epic fuse - Gold and 8 epic items.
Legendary fuse - Gold and 12 legendary items.
Transmute is sacrificing items of the same grade to make a different item of the same grade. Enhance items may be transmutated. The cost an number of items required to transmute is as listed:
Normal Transmute - Gold and requires 4 normal items.
Rare Transmute - Gold and requires 4 rare items.
Epic Transmute - Gold and requires 6 epic items.
Legendary Transmute - Gold and requires 6 legendary items.
Ethereal Transmute - Gold and requires 4 ethereal items for armor and 8 ethereal items for accessories and weapons. Also requires lapiz when combing for a specific part; 2400 for weapon or accessories, XXXX for armor pieces.
Hidden equipment may be acquired when transmuting legendary equipment. Hidden equipment has better stats than legendary grade equipment but not as good as ethereal equipment. Also hidden equipment is treated as legendary grade when transmuting or fusing.
